Punctual exceptions may apply due to justified long absences like long trips, etc., to be discussed with Manish in advance. Disappearing from the lessons with no justification does not qualify for package extensions.

Details and conditions:

All lessons are paid in advance or cash the day of the lesson. Lessons can be paid by bank transfer (the payer asumes the bank charges), Twint or cash. Payment methods accepted: cash, or bank transfer , or Twint (+41 76 702 14 70). You can also pay by credit card / paypal with a 3.3% extra charge, we send you a link for this. We provide invoice upon your request.

Due to having many students and limited teaching time, if you need to re-schedule the booked lessons, it can be re-scheduled with a notice time of at least 24 hs in advance and rescheduled within the next 10 days. A cancelled lesson less than 24 hs (or cancelled before 24 hs and not rescheduled within 10 days) will be considered taken. Cancellation less than 24 hs. due to sickness is only considered once per year.

Within European Union and some non-EU countries, it is very important to use SEPA TRANSFER as then the bank does not charge the transfer and it will be most of the times free of charge. As our bank does not charge to receive transfers, the payer (student) is the bearer of 100% of any bank expense that may apply by his/her bank.

​
